How Come Clive Palmer is reading My Book?

I've given a copy of my new business book "Break the Entrepreneurial Struggle" to Clive Palmer. I think in business today you need to get out of your comfort zone and do things that set you apart and push the boundaries. Amongst the huge job lay offs, the collapse of motor vehicle manufacturing and the drying up of resource revenues in this country, it's going to be individual entrepreneurial spirit that will drive growth and prosperity in Australia in the decades to come.

You need to realise that you are not entitled to a job let alone job security. This country needs to let go of this antiquated belief, born during the industrial revolution and the post-war manufacturing boom  of the 1950's. and 1960's.

The world has changed and moved on, and when you don't, then you get left behind and entire industries die. It's a perfect and exciting time to start a business, but not one still clinging to old ideals and beliefs. Look to the future and you will see a different landscape full of challenges and perils, but also full of enormous opportunities for new business owners. Are you willing to travel along the path least travelled and show individual entrepreneurial spirit or will you follow the herd and forgo creativity and innovation for the sake of mediocrity?
