How to Grow and Market Your Business

Presenting for 2 days with a room full of great business owners and potential new business owners on how to grow and market their business.

What are you doing in your business today to get "A" Class customers?

On Monday, go back into your business and make a commitment to do the following:

  • Make a list of the Top 20 Customers within 10km of your business location who are not currently buying from you and you would love them as customers.
  • Rule out 1 hour each day, in the morning to call, email, approach them and get your foot-in-the-door. 
  • Set a goal of securing 2 appointments a week with these prospects so you can pitch the benefits and advantages of having them buy from you.
  • Don't stop until you have secured their business

Growing a business and getting better quality customers has no magic formula. It is a systematic, disciplined, regimented, daily, ritualistic process. The problem is as business owners we are none of these.
